What Version of OnTime and Bukkit are you using?
OnTime: 3.8.6
Bukkit: mcpc+(1.4.7 BC)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start the server
2.wait
3.ontime crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
uh, ontime logging? and it crashes and throws an error whenever a player logs in/out, and when the server first loads
Do you have an console log of what happened?

Are you having a "rewards" problem?  Please provide a link to a copy of your /plugins/OnTime/rewards.yml :

Did you turn on OnTime logging (/ontime logfile enable 1)?  If so, provide a link to that file too.

Please provide any additional information below.
log file is fine, when a player logs in the ontime tasks throw errors and commands do not work, simply put.

The error is actually generated by Vault, where the software cannot be found. Please verify your installation of Vault. I also see you are not running the last version compatible with MC 1.4.7, so please try the version at this link and let me know the results.
