MySQL setup - fresh install and new database
MC Version 1.6.4 (MCPC+)
Plugin version: 3.12.2

Commands used:
Command in rewards.yml: enjin10pts:'enjin addpoints [player] 10'

/ontime rewards add command enjin10pts
/ontime rewards refer %id% target 1m

/referred by %%playername%%

The referral is noted and broadcasted/recorded however the broadcast indicates the player mentioning the referral (source) will be rewarded...this is confirmed checking point totals and log where the source player is issued the points, not the target player.

Can you please re-verify the issue as you describe it?

I reproduced your scenario above, and rewards were correctly given to the target (not source) players.

If you turn on OnTime logfile before you run that test, there should be a record there of exactly what happened.

Turn on logging:

/ontime logfile enable 1
