Just some friendly advice, but I encourage you to be as verbose as possible, when making requests, even if you think it is simple or I fully understood from some other conversation the full context. If for no other reason it may be a while before I get to some tickets, and I can (and have) forgotten some of the context of a request, which will only contribute to me pushing it lower in my priority.
