Option to prevent players from cross referring each other #411

    Currently players are able to cross refer each other (e.g., Steve refers Bob, Bob can also refer Steve) and although it's not a big deal it might be nice to have an option to disallow that anyway.

    This is totally low priority because players will claim their referral either way and in the end it really doesn't matter if they refer each other.
