• added a reload command ( /manabar reload or /ocemanabar reload) that repaints all bars instantly
• solved bug of config file, now starting you server generates config correctly (thx Sablednah for explaining the solution)

Reloading from 0 to 1 in numericMana needs a relog to show numeric mana value label. From 1 to 0 works instantly.
