Please give us a description of the problem:
Whenever i attempt to do /npc create it says an internal error has occurred

Please provide any additional information below.

I believe I have seen this error before and I am working on a fix, but there is no such thing as build #59. Also, if you are using a build back from November, then it will not work with 1.7.x. The current build that works with MC 1.7.x is Build #55. You can try that while I work on a fix for the bug introduced in Build #56.
