cant load the plugin #1

    My console says it can not load "novillagertrade" plugin... I'm using bukkit for 1.3.1 so i don't know what could be the problem

    Sorry, Please give me more information.

    1. CraftBukkit build number you are using.
    2. Fully error logs (displayed on console).
