This plugin/mod is easy to use, and blocks players without the permission to not be able to use TNT . Hate the lag and grief? this is the answer.

Permission node:

To let players use TNT - "AntiGreif.place"

Please remember op/admins can place TNT no matter what.

Yeah, there's like 50 plugins that do this already, bro. And about 5 that solve grief in an immensely better way (see for example GriefPrevention).
