I added the following:

ignoreOPs option so that there are no checks for ops. censor option so that user message is still displayed, restricted word removed censorString option to replace restricted word with word of your choice. Can use %name% for player name. Can not have characters in this string. Changed the word list so that the number of times a word is used is logged. Added comments to the config file for your convenience. Fixed a few words in the word list. /ns add <word> command to add words

The settings file will have to be deleted and reloaded for changes and to avoid errors.
