• Updated for build [CB 1.1-R1]
• Updated Event System to the new API and streamlined some of the calls.
• Rewrote Watchdog/Destroyer to thread into its own process and use chunk snapshots to stop lag on the main thread.
• Watchdog rewrite eliminated bug where destroyer would only destroy one portal block.
• Updated a few priorities on some of the calls to better cooperate with other plugins, this should eliminate the null pointer errors when players are trying to portal with other portal guard plugins installed.
