for 1.1.2 Users! You need to delete your config and create a new one. You must let there  to work the colors. An Example: '?': §5[NoPluginStealers] You are not allowed to do this command. and it works :)

I want to make & characters allowed in the config. Forgot to change the plugin.yml from 1.1.2 to 2.0 ^^
