NoPortal
This plugin stops people from creating nether portals on your server. This plugin was coded and tested in 9 mins on a speed run so if you run into any bugs just leave a comment This stops lag as there won't be a tonne of nether portals on your server.

This plugin will be constantly updated as it was initially for my server only and then I decided to release it
If you wanna see anything else on this plugin leave your ideas in a comment and they might be added in a future update.

Creating end portals? Or going true it? what do you want because you can turn the end of in the bukkit.yml then the portals don't work and the whole world is unloaded.
