This is basic plugin to simply turn off rain on your server.

You can disable rain in certain worlds.
====== Commands ======
/wrain on: Gets the current world and disables the rain in it.
/wrain off: Gets the current world and enables back the rain in it.
/wrain show: Gets a list of the disabled worlds.
====== Permission ======
rain.off : Permission to enable rain
rain.on : Permission to disable rain
====== Installation ======
Put the JAR in you plugins folder
Reload/Restart
Enjoy !

Did you even check what I said up there? It takes the world that you did the command in. For Example: if you are in world named "World" and you did the command it will just take the name of this world, So you dont have to type it.
