What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I put Nolagg, Protocollib, and BkcommonLibrary into my plugins folder
2. restart server
3. problem is there, when they are loaded. Problem was gone when i deleted them. Then i put them back in, restarted, and it was back. I will be deleting them again after i create this ticket and won't load them back until this problem is fixed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected it all to work the way it was suppose to. The outcome is my world is all glitchy when they are loaded. I can't move, i can't look around, nothing cuz the screen will instantly reset back to my original spot and original spot that i was looking in that direction.

What version of the product are you using?

The latest of all three actually.

NOLAGG: 1.90.4
ProtocolLIB: 3.4.0
BKCommonLIB: 1.58 (Just downloaded it today on their site, looked back still the same version so its the latest on bukkit site)

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No.
