What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Lots of TNT exploding, however the TNT had exploded already, so the chunk must have loaded throwing the error.

What version of the product are you using?
v1.89.9 for 1.5.2-R1.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?
http://puu.sh/3m0kt Then there was some NMS/CB stacktrace saying that it was stuck in a loop on the main thread.
Sorry for the colour being grey, I grabbed a screen cap from the console viewer I have, I do not have access to the log to have it in a text version, not picture.

Please provide any additional information below.
Blew up lots of TNT (had all exploded), went away, server had restarted, I think someone who logged out in the area must have tried to log back in, then the server went unresponsive and got that error (the screenshot), followed by some NMS/CB stacktrace saying there was a loop in the main thread.
