We've been having an issue, as well as hundreds of other server admins, that our TPS on our server suddenly drops to around 10tps or 13tps for hours at a time.
We've been using nolagg for a very long time to help identify plugins that have gone astray, is it possible to configure this app to see what inside of CB is causing the lag? When we run /nolagg examine against our server when we are getting very low TPS, all the times we have done this the examine log doesn't show the a plugin as the cause.
Trying to identify what in CB that bukkit has had broken since its initial release of 1.3.x
We typically have to restart our server every 24 hrs to avoid the issue.

We're in the same boat, I guess we all are, but I don't think the NoLagg folks can help here. Mojang f'd up.
