Beta release for CraftBukkit 1.4.5 (beta).

Beta build: though severe issues seem to have been fixed, it might still contain others.

• Compatibility release (beta) for 1.4(.5 and below) (including transition: CB2511 -> CB 2512).
• Fix most severe issues (yet known).
• Config change: Disable miscellaneous.managedlisteners, remove the entry, set it to false, or regenerate the whole config. The feature is not strictly needed and seems to cause issues with latest CB dev builds.
• The spawn-egg dupe-prevention is now bound to the inventory.items check. Control both book-enchantment-removal and spawn-egg-thing at the same time with the items check.
• (Dev builds back on Jenkins!)

The documentation on the BukkitDev pages might need a bit of updating.
Consider having a look at the pages describing the configuration, including the dev pinboard. In case of trouble make a support ticket or ask/complain on the main page.

Users of mcMMO, Citizens, MachinaCraft should consider using CompatNoCheatPlus as well to make most features compatible.

There seem to be issues left, such as the improbable check or yawrate (anti fight-bot) being naughty in the presence of lag.
