Beta release for CraftBukkit 1.4 (beta).

This build is still experimental, if you want to do without this uncertainty use CB2511 and a release build (or a Jenkins version).

  • This build can not be found on our Jenkins site.
  • Fix npe on disabling the plugin.

Users of mcMMO, Citizens, MachinaCraft should consider using CompatNoCheatPlus as well to make most features compatible.
