I can't seem to enable individual player logs on my server.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Kill the process.
2. Edit No_Grief/NGlogger/Config.yml to set "create-individual-player-logs" to "true".
3. Start the server.

OR
2 as above, then issuing the reload command from the console.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After restarting the server, the change is reverted/Config.yml is restored from the stock one.

What version of the product are you using?
No_Grief Logger V3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
There's no error logs in server.log

Please provide any additional information below.
