I'm stopping the development of the NoSmoking! plugin.

I'll keep it compatible with future version of craftbukkit (so I will release new versions) but I will not add any new features, effects or something else to the NoSmoking!

But it's not a bad news because I'm happy to introduce you my new plugin — PlayEffect, http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/playeffect/

This plugin is created as a successor of the NoSmoking! and you can call it NoSmoking2! (if you want :))

PlayEffect supports 45 effect type and it support some new features that you asked me to add in NoSmoking! PlayEffect supports NoSmoking! v.0.0.7 file format, so you can easy transfer your NoSmoking! effects to the PlayEffect.
