Not compatible with PermissionsEx #7

    This does not work with PermissionEx, which is Bukkit Permissions (SuperPerms?) compatible. All the plugins that I have that work with Bukkit perms work with PermissionsEx except for NiftyWarp.

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Install PermissionsEx 1.15
    2. Install NiftyWarp 1.3.1

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    16:17:14 [WARNING] Unable to integrate with the Permissions plugin.  Defaulting to free for all permission set
    16:17:14 [INFO] [NiftyWarp] - NiftyWarp v1.3.1 has been enabled
