I'm having an issue with Nicky, there are no errors.
I run the Nicky MySql database on "Box A", all of my minecraft servers are running in my BungeeCord on "Box B" and are working beautifully. As soon as I try to use Nicky on a minecraft server on "Box A" it will not sync up with the servers on "Box B" even though they are all using the same database.
@DrkMatr1984
Ok, I somehow fixed that :P Now I'm just wondering if you could have to strip colors from Nicknames when comparing with the Realname command. As in, you have to enter the colors exactly as they have it in their nickname. It's kind of annoying :P
Hmm, I started using this plugin again as it's great with the Eula Changes for BungeeCord networks to provide something for purchase for donations.
Anyway, I've been getting this error on startup everytime, and it happens whether I have the databse set to sqlite or mysql.

Although there's not much more info.
@kkkeeeddd
I probably wouldn't add that since its not really what Nicky is for, you could always set it up as a separate plugin!
@Melonking
please add Random Nicknames
@kwakmantim
Do you mean a permission for each color, or support for using words as color codes?
Hey, can u make permission nicks? like:
nicky.color.red
So there name is red? i cant give evry single VIP on my server a color manual :)
@RiftMCS
There is no inbuilt blacklist, if you use MySQL though you could simply enter names you dont want used into the database with made up uuids and turn on unique nicknames to block people using them.
EDIT: Latest dev builds now include a blacklist.
there a way to add non allowed names? such as admin names and things?
@iMichaelll
The length limits I can do easily, the second adds a little more confusion. I can make all nicknames unique.
However I cant stop users from setting their nickname as the username of another player, since there would be no way of checking that while they were offline.
I suggest you use a prefix such as <Admin> to safely identify admins, most permissions plugins support prefixes.
EDIT: Can you also make it so more than one person cant have the same name? Because people are nicking themselves to staff members and people are believing they are staff.
Awesome plugin! Works just as stated, however I have one issue. Players can make nicknames over 40 characters, and can you make a config option, or set by default so that nicknames can be a maximum length of 16-20 characters?
Thanks! -Michael
@ProTheBrandon
What chat plugin are you using?
When I do /nick Brandon it does not change my nickname, it does say my nickname is changed but it does not work. I am the owner of my server and have all permissions.
