What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create Nether Portal
2.Block ALL of the entrances for the nether portal
3.Get a player in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What usually would  happen is that the auto rescue would tp back to its orginal location. Unfortunatly that orginal location is blocked as well, making auto rescue useless.

What version of the product are you using?
1.7.9

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
Please make it so that it teleports to spawn, or make it configerable to the users desires. It would be a HUGE advantage for server owners. Thank you!
