• New BoS entity, Horses;
• New sub-command: /bookofsouls attr, to set mob attributes.
• New sub-command: /nbti mod, to set item attribute modifiers.
• New BoS variable, 'health', for mobs, the old tag was renamed to 'old-health', don't use this one;
