NBTEditor v0.0.6

• New BoS entities: Snowball, Fireball, SmallFireball and WitherSkull;
• New command: /nbtarmor, to dye leather armor;
• New sub-command: /nbtenchant glow, to make an item glow without enchantments;
• New sub-command: /nbttile name, to rename tile entities;
• New BoS variable, 'damage', for arrows;
• Added support for Libigot;
• Changed the language file format to plain text, no longer using .yml;
• Small fixes;
