Changed:

• /nbt set name [c:color] Item Name Here you can now change the color on item names
  • New:
• /nbt set durability <durability in the amount of uses> allows you to specify the amount of uses a tool has left (Can be over maximum)
• /nbt set playerhead owner <playername> to change the owner of a player head
• /nbt set book writeable to make a written book writeable again (won't lose pages, will lose author and title)
• /nbt set book author <anything> (Doesn't check for valid player name, it is basically a line of lore. If it is requested i will attempt to make it so that only valid player names are allowed or if i am feeling nice an option to specify either in-case herobrine likes to write books on your server.
