No trees? - No more!
This plugin makes decaying of leaves more helpful. If you fell trees thiere leaves decay - Nothing new. Maybe it will spawn a sapling - Nothing new, as well. But maybe this sapling will plant itself on the ground so in the next time this tree will be back. No longer empty woods.
Features
- Disable decaying completly ( Not quite usefull but exist )
- Saplings will replant themselves
- Naturally trees - Trees in real life also do this :D
- Droprate of saplings can be changed
- Droprate of apples can be changed
- Instant grow a new tree
- Growrate of saplings can be changed ( Whether they replant themselves )
- Time between dropping and replanting can be changed
- Disable NaturalTrees in some worlds.
- WordGuard compatible
Commands
- /nt - Will show a small message about the plugin
- /nt reload - Will reload the configuration
Permissions
- naturaltrees.reload - Permission for /nt reload
- naturaltrees.info - Permission for /nt
Configuration
- droprate = Probability in percentage between 0-100. 0 = No saplings will spawn 100 = Always saplings will spawn
- apple_droprate = Probability in percentage between 0-100. 0 = No apples will spawn 100 = Always apples will spawn
- growthrate = Probability in percentage between 0-100. 0 = No saplings will replant = Every sapling will replant
- timetofirmlygrow = Time in seconds between the drop of the sapling and the replant.
- decay = Set this to false and leaves wont decay ( Also means no replanting )
- metrics = Set this to false and this plugin will no longer send anonymous data to MCStats.org
- disable_naturaltrees_in_regions = Set this to true and NaturalTrees does not change the behavior of trees in WorldGuard regions.
- plant_sapling_in_regions = Set this to false and NaturalTrees won't plant saplings in WorldGuard regions.
- disabled_worlds = Add world names here (case-sensitive!) NaturalTrees wont change the behavior of trees in this worlds.
External Services
This plugin sends anonymous data to MCStats.org. This can be turned off in the configuration.

We downloaded and installed and the sapplings will not auto-plant ? Everything else seems to work?

sorry i didnt get back to you sooner ive been so swamped with getting this server up...the additions you added were perfect...i havent had a chance to fully test it but if they function the way they should it was exactly what i was looking for...i have giant trees in protected regions with the flag leafdecay deny and natural trees was disregarding the region flag and all my trees shed there leaves...ive had to repaint leaves on these trees about 10 times in the past month for other various reasons and it became a minor annoyance. thanks for the update to the plugin though, thought i was gonna have to modify it myself like im having to do with several other plugins.
AWSOME PLUGIN!!! adds a cool feature to the server :)

Edit: I made an update to NaturalTrees. Its uploaded and only needs Bukkit-Team approval. :D

Posted Jan 2, 2015I really love this plugin however i am unable to use it on the server i admin and help run.
this plugin overrides worldguard flags dealing with leaf decay such as leaf-decay deny making it so either i have leaf decay globally or no leaf decay at all.
if you can maybe implement a way to work with worldguard region flags or a way to turn this feature off completely in the yml that would be awesome and i could finally add this to the server.
