We now request the player names from Mojang!

- You can check players that are offline
- You can check players that haven't even been to your server
- You can see the exact date of their name change
- There's no need to save player names in a local file


First config settings!

- localization of date formatting (2015-Jan-01 / 01-Jan-2015)
- Option to shorten the name history


Tested on Bukkit 1.7.9-R0.2 and Spigot 1.8.

Plugin is useless on cracked servers:

UUIDs can't be used to identify a player in offline-mode, because offline-mode generates a fake UUID based on the playername. That's not a bug! It's how offline-mode works...
