• Added experimental support for teleporting leashed entities (disabled by default)

• Rewrite warmups and cooldowns to use less memory
• Fixed crash when using third-party plugin reloaders
• Disabled Dynmap markers for private warps
• Fixed possible crash caused by of too many open threads
• Improved SQL connection speed (especially for large servers)
• Added workaround for a bukkit bug that prevents players from using warps cross-world with pressure plates
