- Removed outdated /warp alist command

- Added support for teleporting players on horses
- Added an option to turn off warp signs completely
- Added an option to modify identifiers for warp signs
- Entities on leashes are currently not supported due to missing APIs on bukkit's side. Teleporting while holding entities on leashes will drop the leashes.
