What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
It would be nice if you can disable pvp (get damaged by other players and deal damage to other players) after warping, respawn,.....This feature should also be configurable per permission group.
Please provide any additional information below.

So, in this case, I would probably configure it so that you can set the amount of time that PvP is disabled after warping. It would default to 0 seconds (which would be the equivalent of not disabling PvP after warping) and it could be set to any time or "infinite" (which would mean PvP is disabled for that player permanently after they warp).
Also, I've been working on a config system in myCoreLibrary that will make all plugins' configurable properties configurable by server, by permissions group, or by individual user. This property will, obviously, be part of this system, so it will be configurable by permissions group.
