Updated the whole project

Changes:
* Changed the way configs are generated and used
* Added Minor fixes
* Added bStats
* Added support for GitHub Actions Workflows
   The plugin has now a GitHub Actions based "Test and Build" workflow and is able to compile and publish releases using the "Releases" workflow

Please delete the old config.yml file if you update from an older version!
