MyPermissions V1.2.0B adds a whole new way to manage permissions!

Its NOT working with the files of the former versions.

They need to be deleted before installing this version!

New commands:

/group negate <groupname> <permissions> - Negates a permission that the players usually have (e.g. bukkit.command.help)

/group removenegation <groupname> <permissions> - Removes a negeted permission

Not working yet:

all /permissions commands!
