I think the most people just want a system where you simply can define the chance of x item to spawn in all chests that ain't fixed chests.The current one is not really user friendly, should be more simple.
I personally don't understand the current chance system, and I only need those features.

You can still use fixed chests, this will just fill the non-fixed chests.

Then it has to be the same format of the random then. Just with a name
So you want another system that is 100% random or? I don't quite get it.
