Setting to day time #115

    Everything seems to be working fine all I ask is that an option to not set the server time to day is added. I am using it on a server with a survival map and we have night pvp only. When players start a hunger games match it sets the whole server time to day. Can you add a change time true/false option to the config. Also I had a cubiod selected and with arena regen on it was rollbacking the whole server. I turned that option off in the config but I think it was setup so only the cuboid would regen.

    latest 1.6.2
