What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I miss one feature at your plugin, I don't want my players to tame horses, I want to give them horses as an reward.
So it would be nice if I could spawn horses at location (player or xyz (would be nice for rpgs)) and its owner set to the player who rewarded it.
And a problem i figured out, you should add a system for the player to trade horses except of just offer them for everyone, could be very annoying running around and rightclicking a horse by mistake and buying it.
Please provide any additional information below.

You can now spawn horses at your location, but i could add the location feature as you ask :)
Horse buying has a "are you sure you want to buy this already" message.
