command "home listall" should default to current world #58

    What is the enhancement in mind?
    An in-game user that uses /home listall currently gets a full list of users that have homes set that are in the homes.db file, however, if that user tries to go to a home that's actually in another world, then the user gets an error.
    How about /home listall defaults to only the current world, but you have the option to do /home listall {world}?

    How should it look and feel?
    The command /home listall should, by default, show only homes in the current world.

    They shouldn't get an error when trying to teleport to a home in a different world. Unless that restriction has been placed by you?
