[BUG] scheduler functions broken #345

    tried to use scheduler, and was warned that the config needed to be set to true to enable use of scheduler. I set it to true in the mycmd main config, and reloaded mycmd. When attempting to use the command /mycmd-scheduler add - got this warning "ERROR: Exception when BIOSOIB attempted to tab complete mycmd-scheduler add". After restarting the server no change to behavior.

    Tried again after update to 5.7.3 today, same error
