Add execute_mode: ITEMSET_ONLY #298

    As written in the title, please add ITEMSET_ONLY execute mode. I can still get around with it by checking for the item in player's hand and it's values like name/lore/data etc, but a simple check in the execute_mode would be nice to work with.
