wont let me reload new plugins #241

    when i go todo the /mycmd-reload all. it comes back with the reload info and it says "Listener(s) require plugin/server restart - register:true require plugin/server restart.

     

    i try restarting the server but non of the examples even come up i can get anything to reload

     

    am i missing a plugin of some sort 

     

    im using apex hosting and im running a bungee network
