Description:
Hey guys! A while back, I was looking for a plugin to temporarily block all non-admin players from chatting for important server messages. I couldn't find one, so I decided to make one. This plugin is very simple, and will cause no lag. There are only 2 permissions, and 2 commands. If you need any help, just leave a comment, or message me! Thanks!
Commands:
- /m-all: Mutes all non-admin players
- /u-all Un-mutes all players
Permissions:
- muteall.mute: Allows user to use /m-all and /u-all.
- muteall.bypass: Allows user to talk while chat is disabled.

Thanks! I'm actually happy it still works. I haven't updated it since 1.4.7. I had to take a break from coding for a couple months. I'm back though, so I'll probably get to updating this soon, but I'm actually almost done with another plugin right now. :)

Are you sure? I've fully tested this with Bukkit 1.4.7. However, if you're using 1.5, I have no guarantees that it will work, and as of now, I am not able to work on it.
