This page will be filled with some knowledge I've gained from running a Bukkit server for over a year now.

CraftBukkit UpToDate is a great plugin that downloads server and plugin updates from bukkit.org. It works with Muni!

Always keep a recent backup.

Don't let your worlds get too large or oddly shaped- use World Border. It features circular or square borders, and can generate or trim your maps as needed.

Dynmap is wonderful! It keeps a recently updated map on your website at all times by watching for specific events and regenerating after a threshhold has been passed. It also has map marker features which may be integrated into Muni as an optional dependency.
