Can't Make Restaurant Plot #13

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Create a new town
    2. Put money in town's bank account
    3. Make a restaurant plot.... anywhere

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I don't know what the expected output should be as this command isn't documented anywhere (that I can see)
    I just get the error message "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command"

    What version of the product are you using?
    vAlpha 0.20b

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Please provide any additional information below.
    It would be good to have more information on all the commands available.

    Added to Github tickets, will be prioritized as a quick fix since this is the present development focus
