Multiworld
Craftbukkit 1.9 support!
Multiworld - The official Multiworld Project
The easy to use multiworld plugin, support custom end and nether worlds for each worlds, you can configure what you want, and you get it (limited to what I programmed)
History
I made this plugin because the previous author "Baummann", the original creator of Multiworld, became inactive. Before, it was just a simple plugin with 2 commands: /goto and /newworld. I took control of the project and developed a better version. We are now at version 5.2.8 of Multiworld.
Features
- Custom world generators like a world with deserts
- Allows you to change the gamemode of a player when you enters a world
- Supports relative coordinates with /mw move and /mw goto like the /teleport from vanila minecraft
- Block chat coming from other worlds to create worlds where the users have their own private chat

Other recommended plugins for your server
- LocationTeleport - This plugin teleports users when they enter a arena, when you shape the area like a portal, you can have your own portals
- hothgenerator - Generates a awesome snow world (Case sensitive)
/mw create WorldName plugin:HothGenerator
- multiinv - Allows more control between the inventories of worlds than multiworld can provide on its own.
@sejeole12
thats something you neeed to configure add your permissions plugin.
how do you make yourselr admin/owner in a new world?
Amazing plugin good job man ! Now to get a plug that deals with multiworld inventory and gamemode control... It seems your configurations cant force a player to use seperate world inventorys and gamemodes other than that, this is awesome cant wait to see your skyworld and space gens :)
Oh a suggestion: per ore portals ie: a portal made of diamond blocks takes you to world x a portal of gold takes you to world z that way the good old obsidian portals would only deal with nether/world teleports wicked plug though keep it up !
My multiworld isn't working, is anyone else seeing what I reported in my ticket. Other than that amazing plugin!
@srmorris2
I am trying to implement that function also.
I haven't looked into how "the end" is generated yet, but is there a way to allow /goto to only work for some worlds? Like so I only allows users to access /goto world, world2, and world_nether but not world3 or world_end (if that is how minecraft is doing it...)?
@gschmitz22
it cant handle spaces, thats also an bug.
yah I know I'm dumb but I have something of a problem. my default world is named World One on /mw list but whenever I type /goto World One it says correct usage /goto <world>
what am I supposed to do? as it is not working correctly what replaces space?
@srmorris2
I can upgrade quickly.
The normal world generator at my plugin uses the generator of the craftbukkit.jar whits the server hoster use to run the server.
How quickly do you think it will take for you to upgrade to bukkit's RB for MC "1.0" once that is released Friday/Saturday? Do you have any idea?
Or another question, does your default world generator use the generator in Minecraft, or do you have your own? So in that case if you don't get updated right away, but I want to generate a new default world once it is released, would I be able to? Hope that makes since.
@winter4w
thats not an bad idee
@xphoenixxx
why they call it default permissions if its not used, I only support plugins that use the default permissions system
Doesn't seem to be fully permissions compliant, it cannot detect anything but the essentials permissions plugin which i don't use, i use theyeti based plugin.
In my case setting myself op works but not ideal as i don't like leaving myself opped for security reasons.
Can you also add a moon one and that is is always night and you need iron armor to live
@Naruchico
try turning pvp on whit this, and turn it off whit other plugins at specific area's
@Malcolm2608
it only works whit systems that use the internal permissions system, like permissionsbukkit
Hey the players on my server cannot use the /goto command even after I give them the mutltiworld.basic permission. I am using bPermissions if it matters
umm an issue I've notived is multi-world over-rules other plugins, such as residence I was setting an arena to be a pvp area, but if MW says no pvp on the server then there is absolutely no way to turn over-rule it.
in short
made a zone just for pvp, multi-world says sorry no pvp AT ALL!
any way around this?
@walty123
i will add it when a recommend build for 1.9 comes out (because it uses the native generator)
can you make some kind of end of the world generator?
