About MV2
Multiverse was created at the dawn of Bukkit multiworld support. It has since then grown into a complete world management solution including special treatment of your nether worlds with [NetherPortals](http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/multiverse-netherportals/).
In the second delivery of Multiverse, we've broken it up into several smaller plugins that are each feature packed but *not bloated*! Multiverse provides the easiest to use world management solution for your Minecraft server, big or small, and with great addons like Portals and NetherPortals, what's not to love!
Multiverse is back! Is your server, a Multiverse?
Multiverse-SignPortals Features
- Slap a sign on a standard Nether Portal and it goes where the sign says!
- Place a sign anywhere else and users can right click to go to the destination!
So long Awesome Builds
We use to have this notion of an "Awesome Build" or AB which was suppose to be thought of like Bukkit's Recommended Build system. Awesome Builds were ones that we put extra testing into and were meant to be very stable. Unfortunately there will be no more Awesome Builds. Our development team doesn't have the time to devote to the project that we use to. As such, we've moved to a new build system which you'll notice in the new version numbering. Our release builds here should be stable; Lots of people have had time to vet them for us while they were only development builds. While we don't have much time to work on the project, we do still take critical bugs very seriously and try to get them fixed as quickly as possible.
so i have the sign set right but only operators can right click to use it but non operators cant interact iv looked at all the multiverse perms 10 times changed them around back and fourth but im still completely stumped, can anybody please help sos??????????
In reply to kingbotx:
Make sure that the default user has the following permission:
multiverse.access.[worldname of destination]
(just spent quite some time myself figuring that out)
i.e. to have a sign setup in a hub world and you want the default player to get to the main world they need multiverse.access.world and to get back to the hub they will need multiverse.access.hub in order to interact with the signs.
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I just can't get any of the portals to work. I tried putting a sign on a nether portal using the guide, but the sign just stays as a normal sign and the text does not change colour and the portal just sends me to the nether as usual. My enforceaccess are also set on false.

i have been having the same problem
In reply to Forge_User_60072106:
I think there is an add-on plugin that needs to be installed(multiverse portals), so I am trying that now but if it still doesn't work I'm just gonna use commands or command npcs.
In reply to mrbubbles34:
Did it work?
In reply to Forge_User_60072106:
MrBubbles was never heard from again he vanished forever and with him the answer to has disappeared
In reply to mrbubbles34:
Same problem here. Latest spigot. All newest versions of multi verse.
pls update to 1.12
I do not know if anyone noticed, but when a world is in name larger than a sign can handle, i have a problem... The world already exists, so renaming it is undoable... How is this solvable? I was thinking a scrollbar horizontally, so that the number of characters always fit if the name is too long.....
In reply to Mr_Killer01:
Is there any way to change the [mv] to something like [join]?
@Blake164366
It does work with 1.8.8 . The format is 1st Line: blank, 2nd Line: [mv], 3rd Line: worldname, 4th Line: blank.
Update to 1.8.8! PLS
tried for 1.8, the sign wont turn blue? please update :)
pl update it to 1.8
@ToadieOdie
Updated: I can use existing poprtals without a problem, but Multiverse Portals seems to be incompatible with WorldEdit 6.x so Im not able to create new portals. I have created a ticket on this problem. If I downgrade WorldEdit to v 5.6.3 Multiverse Portals / Sign Portals works fine on my Spigot 1.8 server.
Does multiverse-signportals work without multiverse-core? I have RoyalCommands, which supports multiple wolds already,
