Multiverse Inventories Resources:
Multiverse-Inventories Features
- Have separated players stats and inventories per world or per group of worlds.
- Choose what each group of worlds share: Inventories, Hunger, Health, Exp, and Bed Spawns (Bed Spawns only available in CB1.1+)
- Import your data from WorldInventories 1.0.2+ and MultiInv 3.0.0.
- Useful in game commands
Is Multiverse Missing that little something that you need?
Ask us! Or better yet, hop on our discord and tell us that you'd like to fork us and add a feature! You can of course do this without consulting us, but we cannot accept pull requests that will break Multiverse for the rest of our users! Don't go write your own World Management plugin, join the team and submit a pull request
Want your plugin to use the Multiverse API
(currently undocumented, sorry...) Again, hop on IRC and tell us! We love talking to other devs and a bunch of us will be able to help you out!
@SERVERCONSOLE
You must update your Multiverse-Core.
I that kopatible with craftbukkit 1.1.0-R3?
Read the wiki guys. You have to manually run a /import command.
@XTheMineZeroServerX
For me the folder was created but when the importation was finished, no file was created (import from WI) =(
I dragged and dropped the Multiverse-Inventories-2.3 into my server and restarted it.
(yes i have core and portals installed)
but no files were made and no folders were made.
When I try to use a help command for multi invt nothing happens.
Import from WorldInventories don't works for me
So, what are the advantages of using this over MultiInv?
@11RJB
Seperate Plugin, check out OpenInv
Is it possible to open up another player's inventory in real-time? For anti-griefing purposes, to see what they have.
If it's not, it should be!
do you NEED to use multiverse with this plugin?
@xXReVurbXx
with newest dev build 2.3:
/mv create world normal -t flat
makes a SuperFlat World (0 - Bedstone, 1-3 Dirt, 4+ air/nothing)
Quite happy to see this actually, it's nice to have all of the multi world mods together from one group of developers.
Looks good. I'll be migrating to this just as soon as Bukkit goes 1.1!
Finally, an official integrated solution for multiple inventories with MV.
Now, you guys just need to add the option to generate a SuperFlat environment ;)
The one thing this plugin combo has been missing. Inventory management. Now we don't have to rely on a third-party developer! Goodbye MultiInv and WorldInventories. :P
Very cool fernferret. This will definitely stop all the people from asking "How do I seperate my Survival from Creative?" Finally!
THANK YOU!! I wish this was put into multiverse core tho.
How do i convert WorldInventories to this plugin and what does the "share: all" at the bottom for the groups mean? Is this the same as WorldInventories or is it better?
I'm so glad this is finally being made as part of the Multiverse plugins. I've been using WorldInventories, which has been great, but it will be interesting to see how this new plugin develops. As well as what it can do / how well / unique features, if any. (Useful in-game commands?)
I'll be very interested in the import-data process, once I try this one. Tho I might wait till this version is a bit more tested/documented. Can't wait! ;)
