• Fix for NPE in WorldInventories import. Thanks Xefir for finding this.
• Improved /mv version output.
• Removed bypass as a config option, they now register as a permission with FALSE default.
• Shortened the path for debug mode in config.yml. (You may want to let it regenerate a new config.)
• Improved the comments in the config.
• Added Multiverse-Inventories to Multiverse-Core's config reload command.
• Added commands for adding/removing worlds and shares to/from groups.
• Miscellaneous improvements here and there.
• Updated to new Bukkit event system which requires 1.1-R1 or higher.

* Compatible only with Mutliverse-Core 2.3AB and newer builds (2.4 dev)
* Not compatible with Bukkit versions prior to 1.1-R1.
