About Multiverse
Multiverse was created at the dawn of Bukkit multiworld support. It has since then grown into a complete world management solution including special treatment of your nether worlds with Multiverse NetherPortals.
In the second delivery of Multiverse, we've broken it up into several smaller plugins that are each feature packed but not bloated! Multiverse provides the easiest to use world management solution for your Minecraft server, big or small, and with great addons like Portals and NetherPortals, what's not to love!
Multiverse is here and works for the latest server build! Is your server a Multiverse?

Is Multiverse missing that little something that you need?
Hop on our Discord and tell us that you'd like to fork us and add a feature! You can of course do this without consulting us, but we cannot accept pull requests that will break Multiverse for the rest of our users! Don't go write your own World Management plugin, join the team and submit a pull request.

Before making a review:
Please do not use the review comments below as a way to seek help, report bugs or suggest features. Utilize the Multiverse wiki. A lot of documentation for each plugin is there. If you still need help:
USE THE LATEST SUCCESSFUL DEV BUILD THAT THEY LINK ABOVE, IT'S 11 MONTHS RIGHT NOW OLD BUT STILL WORKS
I cant believe how many people are having trouble with this plugin, I have extensive experience running a server for nearly a decade. I have zero issues with the plugin on Paper 1.16.1, been running it for about 2 weeks now, maybe 3 already on 1.16.1
THINGS THAT WORK
Generating Worlds (I generated new nethers for my server for 1.16, as well as overworlds and void worlds)
CleanroomGenerator works
Portals
Multiverse NetherPortals (also use latest successful dev build)
THINGS THAT DONT WORK
You MUST run "/mv reload" every time your server starts/restarts or mobs don't spawn. This is the only issue I know of for sure. Perhaps I ran into an issue with /mv unload and /mv load, when trying to reset my skyblock, but it seems to work these days, so I think it was a paper issue that's since been fixed.
SUMMARY
Use latest paper dev build, use latest mv core dev build, use latest mv netherportals dev build
then run "/mv reload" on server start
and all will be well
Does this work in 1.16.1?
Hi, is there any hope that updating this plugin for MC 1.16.1 ???
Love this plugin; we just imported a single player world into a SMP server. Is there a way to transport villagers between worlds, I haven't found an answer searching the wiki/comments?
Can some one help me with a command please. When i use the compass from deluxehub i need a command to teleport the player to that world in config. Its not the command /mv tp world. So can someone help me please.
In reply to Fire_Scott:
/mvtp [world]
you had it right, just there's no space in mvtp
Keep up the good work. cant wait for 1.16 version
I really need a function.
which is I want to change spawnpoint of the specific world from console.
Working for the most part in 1.16.1, but yeah, getting a crash every time someone goes through an "independent" end portal, even when linked with Multiverse-NetherPortals.
Multiverse Core works in 1.16.1. NetherPortals and Inventories work too. Thank you for making a stable plugin.
Does This Work for 1.16.1??
Thanks in advance!
The plugin isn't working for my 1.16.1 server because whenever I try to create a new normal world it crashes the server and I can't join back until I restart it. If I go back on the server and do /mvtp (the world's name) it says "Multiverse does not know how to take you to (the world's name) and if I try to delete that world it says "The command mvdelete has been halted due to the fact that it could break something!" Please help because this is the only way I know of having multiple worlds in one server, and this is not the only problem I had when trying to type mv commands.
ja aber weiss jemand wie ich die welt datei entzipe um auf den server zu laden?
lol everyone here is begging for 1.16
Hi ich kann keine welten
importieren in der version 1.16
1.16.1 - Entering the final end portal crashes the whole server. Tested with 4.1.0 and 4.1.1 snapshot.
What is up with the dev builds link being down for months?
Hello,
Does this plugin work in version 1.16.1?
Thank you in advance for the answer
In reply to ixeygrek:
Can can confirm that it does work so that it wont crash your server and you can create a new nether with it. However i currently have no buildings in my nether and dont know why.
it works great on my private server but the restarting seems cause some sort of problem that i have to delete worlds and other stuff from files so server works again
Can I teleport me to an other world which already exist before I install Multiverse?
Thanks
