What is the issue? (Please provide any additional information below.)
Can you add support for this site: http://minecraft-heads.com/ ?
if i put a head like (http://minecraft-heads.com/database/food-drinks/item/2555-cocktail) in my inventory and reconnect to the server i always get a head with the name and skin from "null" :D (http://minecraft-skin-viewer.com/player/null)

Latest DevBuild from Jenkins #74 supports this type of heads. Works great for me, only get some trouble with potions now but could also be a problem with changing from 1.9 to 1.9.2.
