MoxieSkills
MoxieSkills is a skills plugin like none you've ever seen before. Having had three previous recodes, the current version is as fast and efficient as you will ever see. Train yourself in a range of fifteen unique skills to beat your friends. With hiscores, good interfacing and challenging levelling, you'll never be bored.
What Does MoxieSkills Do?
- Competitive levelling formula

This plugin uses an email API to automatically report errors. I do not receive passwords (this would break Bukkit rules). If you want to keep your email anonymous, use Yahoo! email, otherwise use GMail (only Yahoo! and GMail are supported). There is also an option to send your server IP to improve communications. This plugin also uses an auto-updater and MCStats.

Could you add a system where players need certain skill levels to use/equip/craft certain items? -nebuli2 please do this! I really would like the plugin more if this was implemented. So far though, its a nice plugin!

NCP is fully compat at the moment. I'm trying to use natural mechanics as far as possible for this

I just started using Moxie on my server and I also use NCP...so I was wondering do I need CompatNoCheatPlus for the two to work properly? Cause I know you need it with McMMO. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks
Could you add configurable skills? So like. For custom hybrid servers we may add special skills? You cover most skills here, but some are to broad, need a different name, or need to be more specific. Either way it would be sick if I could change the name/way to gain xp/way to get rewarded
Example: If I wanted a 'Survival Skill' I would kill animals and eat raw meat and stuff. seting it in the configwould be cool for instance: how I get xp (Kill:Entity:pig:5xp) or something like (kill:entity:player:10xp) then get rewards like (lvl:10=damage:entity:pig:+5) that would mean do 2 1/2 hearts to a pig at lvl 10. Also final thing: Editing messages would be great too for these custom skills: (lvl:10:message='&eCoolness Level increased to level ten!'
Just something more specific for servers that would need classes. I know this would require alot of coding, I tried coding and I suck at it, but it'd be really awesome to have this and it would solve almost all of my plugin needs

I don't know if this is a glitch or not but there are no abilities in /moxie abilities, and you cannot set up signs? Are they even set up?
You really need to add an entire skill-set (with abilities) dedicated to horseback riding. I'm not trying to complain or rush you, I'm just tired of all the plugins that try to make horses better in an RPG-fashion without being an RPG plugin (a little bit like splitting mcMMO into different plugins based on each skill which is totally useless).
Speaking of horses, you'll probably have to take a different approach to horses and the whole concept. A skill relating to horses would probably require you to focus on both the player and the horse's attributes. You could probably brainstorm this idea by thinking of these two important questions concerning the horse-related skill:
This might be a little bit weird, but both the player and the horse could possibly gain experience in a separate manner, meaning that when a player levels up their skill, they will gain increased benefits, whereas a horse gains experience separately to gain its own benefits. The amount of experience a horse gains could be based directly on the amount of experience the player riding it gains. I know this sounds like it would call for another plugin entirely, but it shouldn't, because this is also very much a part of the RPG experience this plugin has to offer.
The reason why horses should get the "special" treatment (in that they can level up themselves too) is because I see them more than just "tools" that are expendable, but rather, an indispensable animal that can grow, develop, and should be taken care of.
BTW, I wish you could subscribe to plugin authors. Because I would really sub to you, your plugins are awesome!

Haha it was just a question don't rush it! I prefer a good plugin which I have to wait for a couple of weeks, than a rushed one which I can download within several hours, but just doesn't work.
Will there also be some new skills etc? Would be cool though.

Honestly, not long, its about 80% complete as of now and the remaining 20% is the easy bit, I've just been very busywith school work and university searching :P

I'm currently re-developing to a brand new version, which is completely recoded from the ground up. :) That will work on 1.6.1 most likely, but possibly any version.
